IEM PROFESSIONAL CENTRE

The IEM Professional Training Centre was registered as a training institution by the Mauritius Qualifications Authority (MQA) in March 2015. The Centre is the training arm of IEM and its aim is to meet the professional development needs of engineers.

ABOUT IEM

The association was created on 26th February 1948, by a group of 12 Engineers who called it “The Engineers Association of Mauritius”. They were: Messrs Raymond Bérenger  (President), Alfred Leclezio (Vice President), Raymond Rey (Secretary),Roland Desmarais (Treasurer), J.L. Nairac, Georges Pitot, Georges Taylor, Xavier Koenig, Serge Staub, Maurice Paturau, André Rey and Marcel de Nanclas.
